Accelerate BlackLA is more than a campaign; it is a powerful platform for fostering collaboration and growth in the tech industry. Through a five-year commitment, our partners - tech companies, corporate allies, sponsors, private donors, grants, foundations, and the city of Los Angeles and Los Angeles County - unite with us in fulfilling our shared vision. Together, we align the Blacks in Technology Initiatives with the SmartLA 2028 Initiatives, harnessing the strength of our talent pool and job fair to become an invaluable asset for these initiatives.

While our innovative Smart Match App plays a vital role in connecting talent with opportunities, the crown jewel of our campaign is undoubtedly the Accelerate BlackLA Tech Job Fair. On September 3rd, 2024, this groundbreaking fair bridges the gap between exceptional candidates and visionary employers, propelling the tech industry towards greater diversity and inclusion. By showcasing our talent pool and fostering connections, we empower both job seekers and employers to drive change, break barriers, and cultivate an inclusive and equitable workforce.
